As with all things coffee, we were picky when it came to choosing our roaster. This beauty is the Phantom with a 22kg capacity. Buying Australian made was important to us from both a quality and sustainability standpoint. The Phantom allows for a plethora of roasting profiles – a non-negotiable for us as it panders to our finicky, perfectionist behaviour.
